We teach a multi-level class geared to challenge bodies of any age, gender, or fitness background. We offer exercises that can be modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but that can also be amplified for advanced clients that are looking for an extreme challenge.
You dont need to be a dancer. You just want to look like one!

At The PilatesBarre we take the average Barre Class to the next level with our popular FusionBarre workout.
Our Full body workout is a Fusion of Dance, Pilates, sculpting exercises and interval training to give you a chiseled body- and fast!
You will work every part of your body with a fusion of cardio, strength and flexibility.
Barre meets reformer in this high energy, stamina building session.
With fast transitions and constant core engagement, you will be sweating in the first few minutes.
You will leave your Fusion class feeling confident and empowered.

A low impact cardio, choreographed class, bouncing on a rebounder. Intervals of high energy bouncing followed by intermittent full body strengthening.

TPB Studio Owner and Pilates Specialist, Skye Baldwin, has been facilitating one of Newcastles most popular Prenatal Pilates & Birthing classes for the past 14 years. Assisting thousands of Hunter women in their beautiful birthing story and postnatal recovery.
Skye is a qualified Pilates Instructor, Sports Therapist and Master Trainer, with intensive training in pre/postnatal Pilates, Anatomy and Human Reproductive Biology.
Skye is mum to gorgeous twins- Henry & Harper.
The PilatesBarre Prenatal sessions are fun and supportive in a relaxed environment to allow you to stretch & strengthen your body, and connect with your changing body and growing bub.
Each class is designed to nurture you throughout your pregnancy, with expert instruction and educational discussions about labour and birthing.
